Tracey Rawson, Managing Director, has worked within the Interim Management industry since it developed over two decades ago. Tracey established Rawson Downey Recruitment in 2000 to specialise in the field of interim management.

As a professional services consultancy Rawson Downey provides support to multiple industry sectors across a range of disciplines, fulfilling assignments throughout the UK and Europe. The focus is on understanding specific business objectives which clients have and aligning the ‘right’ people who can ‘hit the ground running’ in order to address these objectives, either on an interim or permanent basis.

Our clients span both the commercial and public sector, covering small, medium and multi-national organisations.

Tracey has 25 years industry experience and has fostered relationships from the commencement of her career in recruitment whom she still works with. The secret of her success is to provide a transparent approach which is underpinned by her integrity, understanding of the market and her desire to provide excellent service.
