PA London Ltd was founded in December 2001. We specialise in the recruitment of PAs, secretaries and support staff on a permanent, temporary or contract basis.

Based in Central London, we recruit for a variety of global organisations and SMEs across Central London. We are proud of our ability to develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates, giving us access to people who aren't on the general market. Our consultants work collaboratively on assignments and are motivated to work as a team by a corporate profit share scheme (rather than being solely commission based).

PA London’s approach and why we are different

• Our Unconditional Financial Guarantee covers you for a minimum of 100 days (14.3 weeks) rising to 150 days (21.4 weeks) for senior appointments. (Please contact us or refer to our terms and conditions for further information). We understand the financial risk associated with hiring new staff – our guarantee dramatically reduces that risk.

• We carry out thorough reference checking on all candidates prior to interview with you. We use the most powerful referencing system available to gather meaningful information which we summarise to you so you don’t waste time interviewing candidates who, when they are reference checked, prove to be unsuitable.

• When sending CVs to clients, most ‘agencies’ provide little or nothing in the way of meaningful information. When we shortlist candidates we provide full evaluation notes. We ensure that all candidates attending interview are thoroughly briefed so you only meet interested, skilled, capable candidates. Having the basic information at your fingertips enables you to concentrate on more important issues.
