Centenary Consultancy acts as a partner to public and private sector clients, FM service providers and facilities managers. We are completely independent and have no pre-set formulas for consultancy. Our approach is based on many years of practical experience, common sense and a passion for great facilities management. Using our skills we help clients analyse, formulate and implement cost effective and practical solutions.

Customers approach Centenary Consultancy when they are looking for help with their facilities management operation. Whether it is advice on making efficiencies or a need for a specific project to be delivered, we listen carefully to our clients needs and give an honest opinion on how to move forward. If the issue is something we believe we can help with, we would seek to take a full brief.

Once we fully understand the drivers behind the work required, we will provide a formal proposal. Upon getting the go-ahead a project plan will be agreed with clear deliverables, timelines, responsibilities and accountabilities. Communication will be maintained with the client throughout to monitor progress and to ensure complete satisfaction.
